The headphones did connect to my Xbox as well paired with my cell phone via Bluetooth but why have an app if it doesn’t work? My review is of the app and not the headphones. I see how diligent the company is to apologize for the bad reviews but they should spend that manpower to fix the apps to make a better experience for those that buy their products. There is a reason why this has such bad reviews because it doesn’t work. It had the latest firmware, I restarted my phone, headphones and tried to connect and it didn’t work once. I couldn’t get the headphones to connect to this or the Razer sound app.

Razer, I see the last update was shipped more than a month ago, is there anyone maintaining or even monitoring this apps functionality. The RGB customization was a cool feature that made me want to purchase this headset however, without this app, that feature is useless which is sad. Seems like 99% of the poor reviews are to the simple fact that this app is inoperable. Even after deleting the app and restarting my phone, re downloading the app, rebooting my headphones, and attempting to connect, no luck. When attempting to pair it to the headphones, it cannot find them via Bluetooth. This a review of the app and only the app.
